Common Help & Support Issues
If you cannot remember your PATCH password, use the password reset link to get you back in to the system!
If you are still having problems, either contact your system admistrator at work, or call us for help and support.
If you cannot find the login page for your organisation's PATCH website, then it is likely that you are typing in the incorrect website address.
The website address for all our PATCH customers are built as follows:

If you cannot work out the website address you need, then please contact the administrator at your organisation or call us for some immediate help!
If the page you are working on is not displaying correctly or it is not updating as expected try the following:
1. On a Windows Computer, press the CTRL and F5 keys at the same time.
2. On a Mac, hold down the SHIFT key and click the refresh button next to the website address in your browser. This is typically a circular arrow image.
